
About Jason
Jason has been involved in organizational development and training since 2009. His professional background includes time in law enforcement, higher education and state service. Currently, Jason is the Associate Vice Chancellor - Leader and Culture Development with the Texas Tech University System. ​

The focus of Jason's training background has been on leader and team effectiveness. Empowering leaders and developing strategies for teams to realize their highest potential is his passion.

Educationally, Jason has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice / Psychology, a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice Leadership, and he is a doctoral candidate for a Doctor of Education Degree in Leadership with a focus on Servant Leadership and Team Effectiveness. Jason also completed his Executive and Professional Coach Certification through the University of Texas at Dallas and is certified as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the ICF .
