Since 2009, Jason Weber has cultivated extensive expertise in organizational development and training, drawing on a professional background spanning law enforcement, higher education, and state service. He currently serves as Vice Chancellor for Leader and Culture Development within the Texas Tech University System.
Jason’s work centers on leader and team effectiveness, with a deep commitment to servant leadership principles. Guided by the belief that leadership is most powerful when it empowers others, he designs strategies that enable leaders to grow, teams to thrive, and organizations to realize their fullest potential.
Known for his energetic, insightful, and engaging facilitation style, Jason delivers learning experiences that produce both immediate and lasting impact. His training is designed not only to enhance performance but also to strengthen the culture and well-being of the teams he serves.
Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology, a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Leadership, and a Doctor of Education degree in Leadership with a research emphasis on Servant Leadership and Team Effectiveness. He is also certified in Executive and Professional Coaching through the University of Texas at Dallas and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
