Jason has amassed extensive experience in the realms of organizational development and training since 2009. His professional journey has encompassed roles in law enforcement, higher education, and state service. Presently, Jason holds the position of Associate Vice Chancellor for Leader and Culture Development within the Texas Tech University System.

Jason's training expertise revolves prominently around the domains of leader and team effectiveness. His fervent dedication lies in empowering leaders and devising strategic pathways for teams to achieve their utmost potential.

In terms of his educational background, Jason holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology, a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice Leadership, and holds a Doctor of Education Degree in Leadership, with a particular emphasis on Servant Leadership and Team Effectiveness.
 
Furthermore, Jason has earned certification in Executive and Professional Coaching through the University of Texas at Dallas, culminating in his designation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
